2016 JAMAICA COURT FORMS: Particulars form is used to outline the facts of your case so that the Judge, Attorney and other party can fully understand your claim. FOR Parish Court, avoid pleadings as pleadings is a matter for the Supreme Court which is Superior to Parish Court. Just outline your case without the fluff

So, you have served a notice to the tenant or the licensee or the squatter and now that that notice has expired, you are rearing to go to the Courthouse to get an order for recovery there.

The Particulars of Claim Form For Recovery of premises

Is the second form that you must fill out when filing a claim at the lower courts in Jamaica renamed as Parish Court in 2016.
